Air Solutions
Unlike masking agents found in Conventional Odor Control Systems, the process used in neutralizing odors resorts to a reaction mechanism which is based specifically on the chemical destruction of odor. In these products, Essential oils have been selected in order to obtain a large number of substances which can react with malodorous substances. This is one of the most effective methods for eliminating odors.
Essential oils are made up of volatile substances that come from a physical process of plant species, and they are extracted from vegetal tissues by distilling both oil and water vapor.
Since essential oils are mostly plant fragrant constituents, the effectiveness they have for producing pleasant odor have been known for ages. Still today, the most refined perfumes are made from a mixture of selected essential oils. the pleasant odor of some essential oils comes from the blending of tens of odorous products of which they are composed. Amalgams of several essential oils are ed in the market as an active agent to control and eliminate odors. These oils consist of substances which have a great variety of functional groups. these functional grumps are reactive sites that can react with various odors substances to create complexes or new products.
The original odorous gas specific odor is then modified or simply eliminated.
